At Ideaquoty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.   

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original tags and packaging.   
     
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as final sale items and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons). This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
